You understand that the photographer will use their professional judgment to capture the best possible images during the photo shoot.

1. You agree to be on time for the photo shoot, and to allow enough time for the photographer to complete the agreed-upon services.

2. You understand that the photographer will provide a selection of edited digital images, but that it is your responsibility to select the images that you would like to receive in final form.

3. You agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the photographer's services and any additional costs, such as travel expenses, before receiving the final images.

4. You understand that the photographer retains the copyright to the images, but grants you a limited license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. You agree to allow the photographer to use the images for promotional purposes, such as on their website or social media.

6. You understand that the photographer is not responsible for any loss or damage to the images after they have been delivered to you.

7. You agree to release the photographer from any liability for any loss or damage to persons or property during the photo shoot.

8. You understand that the photographer reserves the right to terminate the photo shoot at any time if the photographer believes that it is unsafe to continue.

9. These terms are subject to change at the photographer's discretion, and any changes will be posted on the photographer's website. By hiring the photographer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
